I knew Zan's mum almost as long as I've known Zan, every time I met her she always had some lovely chatter and asked after my family. She was so warm and smiley, always welcomed us into the home, and one of the only people I didn't mind pronouncing my name wrong :)  I will remember her fondly everytime someone calls me 'Shashia' :-)
